Nobody has ever complimented a good mix. What they notice is the opposite: a room that sounds hollow, dialogue buried under the bed, a cut where the loudness jumps because two scenes were graded by different people on different days. We handle the full audio finish so none of that reaches the viewer.
We work directly from your locked picture edit, on projects ranging from short branded films to multiepisode series, delivering audio that holds up on a phone speaker and a cinema system alike.
The problems that surface late are mostly the ones that were cheap to prevent early. Muddy dialogue, level jumps between scenes, effects that feel bolted on rather than placed. We join at the spotting stage for that reason, instead of receiving a finished cut with two days left and being asked to rescue it.
Dialogue clean up
Noise reduction, levelling, and clarity work so every word lands. Even audio recorded in less than ideal conditions.
Spatial & immersive mixing
Sound placed and balanced across the stereo or surround field, built for the platform it'll actually be watched on.
Sound design for picture
Texture, atmosphere, and effects that support the edit without ever fighting it for attention.
Format ready delivery
Final files delivered to spec for broadcast, social, and streaming. So nothing gets rejected at the last step.
How we finish your sound
1. Spotting session
We review the locked edit together and map out every dialogue fix, sound design beat, and music cue before touching a fader.
2. Dialogue & sound design
Dialogue is cleaned and levelled, Foley and effects are built or sourced, and atmosphere is layered in to support the story.
3. Final mix
Everything is balanced into a spatial or stereo mix, checked against reference playback on multiple systems.
4. QC & delivery
Files are quality checked and delivered to the loudness and format spec of your broadcaster, platform, or client.
We work with production companies, agencies, and in house teams across branded content, documentary, and episodic formats. If you're finishing a film that needs to travel across broadcast, streaming, and social simultaneously, this is where all three get handled without three separate audio passes.
Audio post production, explained
What does audio post production include?
Dialogue editing, sound design and Foley, spatial or surround mixing, music integration, and final delivery to spec. Everything sound related after picture is locked.
Can you fix dialogue recorded on location?
Yes. Noise reduction, deessing, and level automation can significantly clean up location dialogue, even from less controlled shoots.
Do you deliver to streaming platform specs?
Yes, we deliver stereo, 5.1, and immersive mixes to the loudness and technical spec required by broadcasters and streaming platforms.
How is this different from mixing and mastering?
Post production covers the full audio finishing process for picture. Mixing and mastering is more often used for standalone music or audio only deliverables.
